DescriptionJohn Collingdon of Beamister [Beaminster], gentleman, surrendered a dwellinghouse, barn, stable, barton and garden in Southwell, a close of meadow adjoining, a close at Weston, a close called Parks at Southwell, 2 other closes?, and a close of arable land called Cleveland at Southwell, a close of arable land called Jefferies Close in Combefield, and 2 yards of arable land in West Grove in Combefield, and a close of arable land in the Eastfield called Shortbatts, 2 yards of arable land at the uppermost end of the Eastfield called Yellands, and a yard of arable land at Barrowhill in the Westfield, a yard and a half of arable land in a field called the Down, 2 yards [above?] Bawlands in the Southfield, and 2 yards called Long Nope in the same field, 2 yards called Shay in the Southfield, and three and a half yards of arable land in the same field in a furlong called Coolland, and 4 yards called Breston. Richard Tucker given possession (with a 20th cent. note of the field names and amounts of land)
