DescriptionTuesday before Nativity of St. John Baptist [20 June], 37 Edward III. Thomas Lescrevayn, son of Robert Lescrevayn of Wilton, to Henry Bont of Wilton. Right and title in a toft and curtilage in Southstret [in Wilton, Wiltshire], lying between a tenement of the Prior of the Hospital of St. John next Wilton and a toft late of the said Robert. The property, described in the will of the said Robert as four shops, was bequeathed by him to the said Thomas and Hugh his brother. Witnesses: William Fox, dyer, Richard Stoke, Henry Wodeford, John Irisshe, John Rochel, John Shupton. At Wilton. Seals: (1) round, two birds, legend. (2) oval, borough of Wilton.
