Cottage with curtilage adjacent which Alicia Benebrygge once held in Wynfred Neuburgh and 3 acres of arable in the fields there - viz. one acre at Acredych between land of Margaret Peplas on the north and land of Henry Tayllour on south; and one perch in Flourlond between land of the said Margaret on the north and land of John Houghlot on south; acre and a perch in Scherfeld between land of Thomas Boule on north and land of Nich. Malyne on south; one acre bysoutheharnhulle between land of Robt. Rokett on east and land of William Saltere on west, with pasture for 2 oxen, 2 horses and 60 sheep. Rent: 4 shillings. Customary manual work; i.e. carrying hay for one day and reaping corn for one day. Witnesses: John Morton, William Durneford, Anketill Moign, Robert Scott, John Bromhull. At Wynfred. Seal missing.
