Messuage and curtilage in Winfrod which Robt. de la Stane formerly held, one virgate of land and one acre of meadow which John Harang formerly held in Winfrod. Thomas shall also have 2 heifers, 10 oxen, 6 cows, 300 sheep, 40 hogs, 16 pigs with issue of one year, quit of pannage and herbage everywhere in pasture of Winfrod, and husbote, haybote, furbote and faldbote in the wood of Hamstede.
Rent: a pair of gloves worth one penny, or one penny at Easter.
