Recites that 1 is to marry 2. 1 is seized of 1/3 of the property late in the possession of her father, Joseph Hardy of Hyde, deceased 2 is entitled to the reversion of 3 leasehold estates in Axminster, Devon [granted for a term of years or lives]. Property: A close of meadow or pasture called Grasshay, (?? acre) the eastern. Half of a piece of land in the lower field called Grasshays Hedge (2 acres) bounded by land of John Tucker on the west and by a field called Grasshay lying in Walditch Hill, on the east; the southern half of a piece of land in the same lower field called Headlands (2 acres) bounded by land of Robert Larder to the south and by land of the town of Bridport to the north; 1 acre of land in the lower field bounded by land called Crowell to the east; land called Shallway (3 yards) bounded by land of the town of Bridport to the west and by land of Robert Derly to the east; land in the eastern field called Moylands (?? acre) bounded by land of John Tucker to the west and by land of Mrs Way to the east; land called Longlands above Broadlands (1 acre) bounded by land of Robert Chambers to the west and Broadlands to the east; the moiety called Green Cliff in the south or higher field at Westcombe bounded by land of Absolom Chick to the west and by land of the town of Bridport to the east; land called Half Acre in the south or higher field at Eastcombe bounded by land of Widow Akerman to the south and land of Stephen Akerman to the north; land called South Acre or Southerland upon Downes in the south field (1 acre) bounded by land of John Tucker to the south and land of Robert Larder to the north; land called Headlands in the south field ranging to the boundstone with Satnes Wall to the south; 1 acre of land in Westcombe part of which is called the Strap under Green Cliff bounded by land of William Chick to the west and by land of Robert Chambers to the east, ranging from Julian Tucker's wall to land of Mrs Larder to the north; one acre in Westcombe at the bottom of the piece. A close of furze or pasture ground called Fearn Grove (14 acres) formerly of Joseph Barratt (deceased) in Shipton Gorge.
