Deed of 1743 (Staning, White, Lumley-Kingston) concerning fortune of Frances Staning (nee Symes) widow whose uncle Robert Browne paid her and her husband ??1,000. Her son Samuel is now owed ??2,000 by Browne and has in mortgage latter's farm at Nether Cerne which is now assigned to George White and Robert Lumley Kingston on condition that they pay interest on mortgage..
