They agreed to sell a close of land to party 6 following an auction [the particulars of which are described in D1176/12 above] 1-5 to 6: a close of land called Ferney Close, Allington, situated on the western side of the Turnpike leading from Bridport to Broadwindsor, formerly in the tenure of Robert Michel deceased, since of Francis John Brown Richard Bingham the younger and Giles Templeman, afterwards Thomas Tucker, then of John Rendall, as tenant to John Tucker, and now Abel Whittle as tenant 6 to 5 at the direction of 1-4: 700
