The sum was reduced to 500 by the sale of this property. 2 agreed to lend 1 180 2 to 1: 180 With a proviso for repurchase by 1 for 180 plus interest at 5% pa by 6 Mar next 1 to 2: One undivided eight part of all the messuage together with the barn and a piece of arable land known as Lower Seymours field; a piece of arable land known as Barnfield; piece of arable land known as Middle field; a piece of arable land called Highfield. All lying in Allington adjoining the turnpike road from Bridport to Broadwindsor, now in the occupation of Thomas Tucker as tenent; the transfer of the 500 due from Samual Tucker's estate; and a messuage now divided into four tenements with curtilages, outbuildings and gardens situated on the west side of North Street, Allington
